Outdoor lover, mountain mama, professional cellist, world traveler, dog mom... Rebecca Holley has earned many titles in her time, but it’s her sense of humor, warmth, and savvy yet integrous negotiating skills that consistently secure her designation as “favorite REALTOR ever” among her clients.

An agent in the Boulder County area since 2006, Rebecca practices a philosophy of careful listening and open communication with her clients. This approach—paired with her deep market knowledge, strong agent relationships, strategic marketing plans for every property, and higher-than-average sales and savings for clients—landed her a spot among the top 1% of agents in the United States and the top 50 in Boulder County in sales.

Rebecca loves helping people bring their home ownership dreams and investment goals to reality and leans on the community relationships she’s built during her 20+ years as a resident of Boulder County, a performer with musical groups, a board member at her sons’ schools, and a partner in a home renovation firm with her husband from 2000 to 2015. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert and has specialty training in green building practices and investment homes, with a focus on luxury estate properties.
